When to Pay and Forms of Payment
Payment is due at the end of the photoshoot. Forms of payment include cash and check. An invoice is included for your records when delivering the images.
Preparation for a Photo Shoot
Your place of business or home should be clean and ready for photos. Anything of value should be put away. If the property is being staged, it should be 99% ready to shoot. When shooting 3D everything should be how you want the public to see it.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, No Shows
Cancellations/Rescheduling require 48-hour advance notice in order to avoid the Cancellation Fee of $75. Cancellations made less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount of your session. No-shows will be charged the full amount. Arrival by the owner/agent beyond thirty (30) minutes of an appointment will be considered a cancellation and will be billed at the full rate of the shoot. Timely notification of a delay in arrival may waive any fee. Every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling.
Licensing Rights (Copyrights) and Photo Usage

The photos may also be used by the broker’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Please note, however, that all the images are owned and copyrighted by the photographer, and licensed granted only to the broker and the broker’s parent company and not to any third parties. You may not transfer or sell any of the images. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved and licensed in writing by the photographer.
