I introduced her to an associate, and I was immediately taken by how good she was with people with her friendly and good natured manner. During this process I realized she would be an asset in a project with another client. I would not hesitate involving Marcia in future projects and inviting her into sensitive business meeting. She had a good eye for keeping the final deliverable on track.
