Simply the best.
Trying to describe Jason and not use hyperbole is very challenging.
His ability to see what a house is capable of being is impressive. When we had our inspection we were walking ahead of the inspector on different parts of the house and he would say “for this you can do XYZ and it will be perfect”. Inspector comes around and quotes him verbatim. He did that the entire inspection.
“You want a south facing yard so you can have the pool in the sun”. This is probably the part my wife and I joke about the most because when we first started looking, the little nuance of the location of the backyard never crossed our mind – little tidbits of information like that actually allow us to narrow our search even more to find the “perfect” place for us.
He’s a confidant and master negotiator – and not in the sense of you offer high, we offer low, we meet in the middle. He actually knows how to present offers and have concessions met without it being treated as someone is getting the upper hand on a specific term. That’s a reflection of his professionalism not only with his clients but in the real estate community as a whole.
We were very fortunate to have Jason represent us in our purchase.
